If you decide to close your Hurupay account, you can do so directly from the app:
1. Go to Account Settings
Open the Hurupay app, and navigate to Account Settings.
2. Select “Delete Account”
Scroll down and choose the Delete Account option. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
3. Withdraw Any Remaining Funds
Before closing, ensure you withdraw all available funds.
4. Understand It’s Permanent
Once deleted, your account can’t be reactivated. However, if you believe it was deleted by mistake, email [email protected] to request recovery within 30 days.
